Facebook Gaming needed to compete with that streaming service we all know whose name rhymes with “glitch.” That meant a full overhaul of their site and defeating the final boss: a boring brand voice. They wanted to equip these pages with a sense of authenticity to attract streamers without making them cringe. And for game developers: a sense of B2B persuasion, while keeping in mind that developers are gamers first and foremost.
So that’s exactly what we spawned for them. Rumor has it that in all the years of working with Facebook Gaming, this was the most sweepingly positive copy & design approval process our agency had ever seen from the client.
